Professor MC Park has been a journal manager, Korean College of Rheumatology, and is involved in the article review process as an associate editor of the Journal of Rheumatology. His main areas of academic interests are clinical and translational researches on spondyloarthritis, vasculitides, and rheumatoid arthritis. He is participating in several clinical trials and laboratory works related to his interests and has published over 40 original articles as the first or corresponding author. He also serves as a director of the Informatics Board, the Korean Association of Internal Medicine, and an editorial board member of Yonsei Medical Journal.

Since 2020, Prof. Cho has monitored and managed the overall article review process, and provided oversight and direction to associate editors as a deputy editor for the Journal of Rheumatic diseases. She is also responsible for evaluating manuscript submissions in a timely fashion, making decisions on peer-review (deciding to send out for peer review, as well as acceptance/rejection of manuscripts). Prof. Cho’s main interests are in clinical epidemiologic studies using disease-specific cohorts and national claims databases. She has published over 50 original articles and reviews related to rheumatology. Prof. Cho is a member of the academic affairs committee responsible for organization of scientific programs, Korean College of Rheumatology. She has been engaged in the Ethics Committee in the Korean Association of Internal Medicine.

Prof. Lee manages the overall article review process as an associate editor for Journal of Rheumatic Diseases. His main interests are metaanalysis and systematic review of the rheumatic diseases. Prof. Seong-Kyu Kim, has worked as an Editor-in-Chief from 2022 to 2024 in Journal of Rheumatic Diseases. He has been in charge of overall work related to the publication of articles. In 2007, he became a member in the editorial board of Journal of Rheumatic Diseases. He has been working as an associate editor of Annals of Medicine (Section of Rheumatology) since 2021 and an associate editor of International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases since 2018. His main topics of study include clinical and epidemiologic studies related with rheumatoid arthritis and basic research focusing on NLRP3 inflammasome-related pathogenesis in gouty arthritis. Professor SY Lee has been a member of Editorial Committee, Korean College of Rheumatology. Jin Kyun Park, MD, PhD, is an associate professor and chief in the Division of Rheumatology at the Seoul National University Hospital. Hyonggin An, Ph.D. is a professor and chair in the Department of Biostatistics at the Korea University. He is also a vice dean in the College of Public Health at the Korea University. He has managed the statistical review process for Journal of Rheumatic Diseases. His research is dedicated to developing statistical methods and models in the field of Medicine and Public Health. Specifically, he is interested in longitudinal data analysis, health big data analysis, and missing data analysis. He actively serves as statistical editor for several medical related journals.
