We discovered that a word error in the INTRODUCTION section and would like to correct it.

The corrected version should be as follows:

Before:

Leptin has both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects, and it can activate the Th1 phenotype of T cells, leading to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-[Symbol - a] and IL-6.

After:

Leptin has both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects, and it can activate the Th1 phenotype of T cells, leading to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion that we may have caused.
